Olivia serves as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at MasterCorp, where she plays a central role in guiding the firm’s long-term vision and operational excellence. Working closely with the CEO, she ensures that strategic decisions and growth initiatives align with the organization’s enterprise-wide objectives. She is directly involved in assessing more than 200 acquisition opportunities each year, helping position the firm for sustainable expansion.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, Olivia oversees the integration of critical back-office operations, strengthening the infrastructure that supports advisors nationwide in serving MasterCorp’s distinguished clients. Her disciplined, strategy-driven approach ensures that every initiative advances the firm’s broader mission and performance goals.

Previously serving as Chief of Staff, Olivia brings extensive institutional knowledge and leadership experience to her dual role. She is deeply committed to operational excellence and to fostering an inclusive workplace culture where diverse perspectives are valued and empowered.

Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University, her Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of San Diego.
