Nathaniel is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary® and a senior leader within MasterCorp’s corporate development team, where he drives and executes the firm’s national growth strategy. His responsibilities include leading advisor and team lift-outs, identifying and recruiting high-caliber talent, and evaluating and completing RIA acquisitions across the United States. He works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure each opportunity aligns with the firm’s long-term vision, culture, and fiduciary standards.

With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nathaniel brings deep expertise in business development, advisor engagement, and strategic planning. Prior to joining MasterCorp, he spent 19 years at Fidelity Investments in a variety of leadership roles spanning business development, regional market management, strategic planning, recruiting, coaching, and professional development. His broad experience enables him to assess growth opportunities from both operational and cultural perspectives.

Earlier in his career, Nathaniel worked at American Express, where he supported investment professionals through business development initiatives and investment product solutions.

Nathaniel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Known for his collaborative leadership style and disciplined approach to growth, he plays a vital role in advancing MasterCorp’s expansion strategy and strengthening its national advisor network.
