Ethan is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and leads the national strategy and execution for the firm’s Wealth Division, Advisory Solutions, and Specialty Tax practices. As a member of MasterCorp’s Executive Leadership Team, he helps shape the firm’s long-term vision and strategic priorities, including capital allocation, talent development, organizational culture, and overall performance. He also serves on several of the firm’s steering committees.

Previously, Ethan was a Regional Managing Director for the East-Central region and a Senior Wealth Advisor. In that role, he directed the growth and strategic leadership of the Cincinnati, Detroit, Indianapolis, and Nashville offices while providing comprehensive wealth guidance to individuals, foundations, and endowments.

Before joining MasterCorp, Ethan served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager at Hilliard Lyons Capital Management, where he co-managed growth and income strategies focused on foundations, endowments, public funds, and high-net-worth investors. His responsibilities included security selection, portfolio construction, and investment strategy development. His earlier career includes roles as Equity Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Fifth Third Bank, Senior Manager at Morningstar, and Consultant at Accenture, where he led financial services technology and strategy initiatives.

Ethan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with honors from Miami University and an MBA in analytical finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an active member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Cincinnati.
