Kevin plays a key leadership role in MasterCorp’s corporate development strategy, driving the firm’s inorganic growth initiatives nationwide. His responsibilities include leading advisor and team lift-outs, identifying and recruiting high-impact talent, and evaluating and executing RIA acquisitions across the United States. He partners closely with investment banks, RIA custodians, centers of influence, and other industry stakeholders to source opportunities and advance the firm’s long-term expansion strategy.
In addition to his corporate development responsibilities, Kevin serves as a member of the MasterCorp Trust Company Board of Managers, where he contributes to governance oversight and strategic direction.
Prior to joining MasterCorp, Kevin spent 17 years at Fidelity Investments, most recently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager. In that role, he worked closely with MasterCorp and other advisory firms, building strategic partnerships and supporting growth initiatives. Throughout his tenure at Fidelity, he held leadership and client-facing roles across both the retail and institutional brokerage divisions, developing deep expertise in advisor support, business development, and platform strategy.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. His extensive industry relationships, disciplined approach to transactions, and commitment to long-term partnership make him a critical contributor to MasterCorp’s continued growth.
