Sophia is a Chartered Financial Analyst® and serves as Chief Investment Officer, overseeing all investment strategies and initiatives across the firm. She leads both the Investment Committee and the Private Investment Committee and is an active member of the firm’s Risk Committee, ensuring disciplined oversight and alignment with long-term objectives.

Since joining MasterCorp in 2007, Sophia has held a variety of key roles within the organization. Her experience includes serving on the investment and asset allocation committees, managing fixed-income portfolios for high-net-worth clients, and co-managing a tactical ETF portfolio prior to assuming her executive leadership position. With more than 21 years of industry experience, she brings deep market insight and strategic perspective to the firm’s investment platform.

Before joining MasterCorp, Sophia worked as an analyst for a hedge fund in Manhattan, Kansas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from Kansas State University.
